2. Data We Don’t Collect
We do NOT store your PDF forms, personal data entered into forms, filled form data, or source documents you upload. All document processing happens within your browser session and is never sent to our servers.
3. Data Processing
When you use the AI fill feature, form field data is sent to our servers for AI processing. We do not permanently store your form data or documents — processing is ephemeral and data is discarded after each request.
4. Local Storage
We use your browser’s localStorage to save the following for your convenience:
- Saved profiles (at your choice)
- Signature data
- Session history metadata
This data is stored on your device only and never leaves your browser.
5. Account Data
We store your email address, name, and account preferences securely in our database. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store your credit card details.
6. Third-Party Services
DocFill AI relies on the following third-party services:
- Supabase — authentication and account management
- Stripe — payment processing
- Vercel — hosting and delivery of the web application
- AI model providers — form field analysis (no data is retained)
We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
8. Security
All connections to DocFill AI are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. PDF processing happens entirely client-side in your browser, meaning your documents are never uploaded to our servers.
9. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also clear browser localStorage to remove locally saved preferences.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back periodically.
