DocFill AI is an AI-powered PDF form filling service operated by Sky Tech. We provide the interface, processing engine, and AI infrastructure to automatically fill your PDF forms.
3. Your Responsibilities
As a user of DocFill AI, you are responsible for:
- The accuracy and completeness of all filled forms
- Managing your account and credit balance
- Ensuring you have the legal right to fill and submit the forms you process
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
4. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-filled forms. You should always review all AI-generated content carefully before submitting any form to an official entity.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocFill AI and its creators shall not be liable for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-filled forms
- Purchases made through our payment system
- Any misuse of the tool or its outputs
- Data loss or corruption of any kind
6. Payments & Credits
DocFill AI offers one-time credit purchases. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire.
7. Intellectual Property
The DocFill AI software, interface, and associated materials are the intellectual property of DocFill AI. Your forms, documents, and data remain entirely yours. We claim no ownership or rights over any content you process through the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using DocFill AI at any time. You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Your continued use of DocFill AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of DocFill AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
